Stacey Epstein is the Chief Marketing & Customer Experience Officer at ServiceMax.
Helping customers keep the world running with asset-centric field service management software.

Stacey Epstein is the Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer at ServiceMax. She also holds the title of the longest title at the company, but even for a marketer, it was hard to fit it all in. Stacey is an accomplished go-to-market expert having served as the first head of marketing at both ServiceMax and SuccessFactors, starting when each was a small startup. At SuccessFactors, Stacey helped lead the team from $10m -> $150m in revenue and was instrumental in the company’s IPO in 2007, and subsequent acquisition by SAP for $3.4b. At ServiceMax, Stacey joined the founding team at <$1m ARR and lead the marketing function through 6 years of triple digit growth, departing just prior to the $1b acquisition by GE. Most recently Stacey was CEO of Zinc, a real-time communication app for field service workers, which was acquired by ServiceMax in 2019. Now Stacey is back in the family, helping the ServiceMax Phoenix to rise again. Stacey was a four-time, first year all-conference soccer player at Emory University. She now considers herself a has-been on the field, but still loves to ski the steeps with her young daughters and cheer her husband as he coaches the local HS basketball team (Go Dons!) Stacey is a fierce advocate for women and parents in the workplace and believes no one should have to choose between having a big job or being a great parent. She has published numerous articles in Fast Company, Recode, Fortune, Forbes, among others, and her writings can be found at staceyepstein.com.
