Payal is a Manager, Solution Engineering and leads a team of high performing solution engineers at Freshworks. Her team strives to evangelize a refreshing user experience on the Freshworks platform and works with various customers to identify and solve their most critical business problems.
She's spent 15 years in technology with various roles and industry expertise such as support engineer, implementation of PAAS hardware, lead solution engineer for SAAS products across a range of companies such as EMC, Eastern Computer, Salesforce and Gladly.
In addition to being a manager, she leads the Freshwork Women 360 organization as president and cofounder where their mission is to inspire, empower, and cultivate a diverse group of women within the Freshworks organization.
Apart from work, Payal is an avid traveler who's visited 40 countries, and loves the outdoors including hiking and camping — she's made it to the Everest basecamp and Kilimanjaro among many other peaks.
