Joined SolarWinds as a startup in Tulsa OK in January of 2002. At the time, there were only a handful of employees. Nearly 19 years later, we are a 1B company with 3,800 employees across the world. Over the years I have designed, started, and led multiple functions/teams, systems, and processes, including sales operations, sales, support, sales engineering, sales enablement, customer service, order management, collections, renewals (retention), customer engagement, customer success. I am currently in charge of our largest revenue number and leading the charge on our customer success journey. We have multiple business units, including cloud, perpetual, saas, and subscription.
